Jackson auditioned for a small part in the school play originally just to get out of gym class but discovered that he can sing, and gets the lead role instead. Gia becomes the target of put downs at the hands of Michelle in much the same way as Kimmy is targeted by Stephanie. Over time, Michelle becomes quite creative with her insults.

But the harness gets stuck and with more "help" from Joey he is sent flying through the air during his performance, singing how he is going to get Joey. This new litigation push comes as Biden prepares for a summer of criminal trials. His trial on gun charges in Delaware starts June 3, and his tax case is expected to go to trial in August. Biden has hired attorney Mark Geragos and his firm to represent him in the Fox litigation efforts.
